Awful customer service - been without online access for over 3 months now - their fault and even the chairman's dept cannot solve! Telephone customer services not great either, get passed around a lot, no one takes ownership. I could go on...
When it works it's fine but when it doesn't you get absolutely nowhere and they don't appreciate you're trying to run a business whilst trying to resolve problems that they initiated! No one seems to take ownership, some of the telephone operators are useless but insist they have 100% confidence that we'll get what we need etc and just don't listen when you have proof that nothing at all happens when you need a problem to be resolved. Aaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggghhhhhhhhh!!!
