Really poor customer service, as soon as I had placed my order they were not interested in helping me out at all, and as yet have failed to respond to any of the letters I have sent them. Buying a car from a dealer hundreds of miles away makes the process difficult and stressful, without the face to face contact I felt the dealer weren't too bothered about my order.


General Comments

I received my car eventually after weeks of phone calls and changed arrangements. The main disadvantage of having a car ordered through a random dealer hundreds of miles from my home was that when they turned round and said my car was going to take twice as long to arrive as they had advised when I made the order they then wanted to charge me over £100 to get a car to me until mine came. Leaving me stranded and having to make lots and lots of calls to the dealer, the response I got from Drive the Deal was "It's nothing to do with us" during this conversation I was also uposet by the staff member I spoke to who was at best unhelpful and at worst rude and unhelpful.
