Overdraft facility cancelled without warning because correspondence had been returned!!!!!!
Did this twice. ONE and a HALF hours in WORK TIME sorting it out. Was passed between a total of 5 people.
Been a good customer for over 10 years, never went over OD limit.
UNFORGIVABLE
Luckily I didn't have a tank of petrol or a restaurant meal to pay for when I realised OD facility was unexpectedly cancelled.
