Good Points

Great car choices, cars are great on gas, cars are easy to drive, and employees are nice.


Bad Points

I wanted to pay with my debit card but was unable and had to use a credit card. I was told by the lady who was helping me one price and ended up paying $300 more at the Humphrey airport, MN. When I tried to dispute my problem it was unresolved.


General Comments

I recommend the payment choices of paying up front with a debit card and the choice of using a credit card. I also recommend that clients are able to have someone to dispute any problem with and have it taken care of. Over all I plan to use a different car rental based off of my experience with this company.
