I like the RAM disk ability.
Bad Points
Perhaps I hooked up the sound wrong but when playing back a recorded show I need to turn up the volume to almost double normal.
General Comments
Great player/recoder. I bought a second Panasonic player so I could play the RAM disk on another TV
