New book was missing 46 pages


General Comments

Terrible customer service. I bought a new text book as a reference book. When I notice that 46 pages were missing, not ripped out, but actually not part of the book when manufactured, it was past the 30 day return period. Customer service will not work with you on an exchange period. I tried BBB but again they stand by their return policy, even if the book is defective. I'll use Amazon or my local bookseller from now on.
