Bad service
I rang up to ask for the full amount I owed which they told me, and I paid it off in full there and then.
I then received a statement saying I owed around £1.40.
I rang back and asked what it was and they said it was interest - they did not include the interest I owed when I rang to ask what my balance was.
I offered to pay the interest off on the phone but they wouldn't accept such a small amount and told me to pay in-store which is so inconvenient.
Once you open a card with them they forget about you and the time you hear from them is when you receive a statement.
