Good Points

Bought my wedding dress, jewelery, Tiara all in the same shop and at reasonable prices. The staff worked within my timescale. Friendly, patient and extremely helpful staff. I would recommend to anyone.

General Comments

Unfortunately for me I decided to get married in a three month timescale, After visiting a few wedding shops I started to realise that this was going to be extremely difficult!! "I needed dress fittings" and was told this could take a few months. So as you could imagine I was devastated. It was just by chance my mother told me about Emma Roy, she had bought her wedding dress there and thought we should give it a try. I arrived at Emma Roy without an appointment. Within 2 minutes the receptionist had a dress advisor sat beside me discussing when the wedding was and which type of style I was after. The advisor showed me some designs and then gathered 6 dresses which she thought would suit me. "I will be honest I thought that they werent the dresses for me", but I'll tell you the advisor and the lovely foreign lady who works in the dressing room new what they were doing. The dresses were beautiful on and yes I bought the second one I tried on. It has taken me 2 fittings and now I am ready to collect my dress and I still have a month left to arrange my wedding. Anyone looking to be pampered and to be advised by staff who really know their stuff, visit Emma Roy.
