I will not use Imperial Travel again. Although they were most helpful when making booking, after that they were rude and unhelpful.
At booking I was told in-flight meals were included in cost. This wasn't on booking confirmation - phoned them and was assured it was included. Meals not in invoice either. Phoned again and was assured meals were included. No in-flight meals on airline tickets - phoned Imperial again and was asked "did I really want the meals, as no-one else really bothered". After asking to speak to manager, was told they would phone me back - no return call, so I phoned again and was assured they would add them. Checked with airline again - still no meals. Phoned Imperial and they left return call on my answering machine, apologising and assuring the meals had now been added. Checked in at 8am for flight - no meals, and no where open at airport to buy food, very little available on plane, so 5 hr flight with only chocolate biscuits.
