Premier account.
General Comments
I opened a Lloyds TSB Premier Banking Current Account 2 or 3 weeks ago and it has proved to be a nightmare fro me.The service is fairly slow and you are often put through and kept waiting so it is costing money all the time.The staff at the Banking Centre appear to have virtually no knowledge about the account and their information has often been wrong. Money was not transferred as promised.It seems to be impossible to try and speak to someone in authority who can possibly improve things.The whole thing has been a shambles.
