Bad Points

I have not gotten any movies in 2 months with a queue of over 200 titles. More recently, as far as I am aware they have put the majority of my queue into the "waiting area".


General Comments

The search for movies on the website brings back no matches for generic genres... and lists only a few titles from before 1999. The movies I HAVE gotten I have had to write customer service 6 times to get 1 movie sent, and they sent a letter saying I should be happy with getting what I have gotten since my membership began because it works out to 2.39/title. I would rather pay 5.00 at the local blockbuster and get new titles than get titles I put on my que JUST TO GET A MOVIE TO WATCH.
I don't recommend intelliflix, and I would advise if you are a new member to cancel asap with your credit card company, as they are not sending me my DVDS. In fact, they used to allow you to write a review of each movie, but with people getting the shaft from them and no answers, as far as I am concerned they resorted to writing their experiences on the review section of the movies, you can no longer write a review.
Dont recommend!
My last dealing with them was today 2/5/08 and it will be my last (canceled my subscription 4 months early !!)
