Fixed price menu - if they don't recommend 'extra necessities'.
Bad Points
Either the call centre doesn't have a clue what the garages actually do, or the garages don't care about central policies.
General Comments
Checked with the call centre that morning slots were available and booked and prepaid a full service.
Took the morning off work, drove to the centre only to be told they dont do any slot other than 0830-1730. Called the call centre who again confirmed they operated time slots and the centre manager was wrong; they disagreed and refused to even see if they could get it done that morning, claiming the four cars booked in would be on the ramps for 8 hours and they "fit them in around the jobs that come in"
Refunded, but that doesn't make up for the completely wasted morning off work - they clearly have no idea what their policies or practices actually are!
