General Comments

Just what is going on at this bank? This is an online bank that always seems to be offline when I try to log on. I have not been able to access my account online for 2 days.
My card has been declined and Egg tells me this is because the transaction would have taken me over my credit limit - but then agree that this does not make sense when the transaction was for 140 ' . I have still got over £3500 of unused credit.
