Awful service!!
I bought a washing machine from Currys, and they promised delivery, installation and removal. Firstly, they were unable to deliver the item on the day they promised, although I had taken annual leave to await the item. They managed to deliver it 2 weeks later, but 4 hours after the stated time slot. When they got here, they were not able to install the washing machine for me due to a faulty valve. They took out my old washing machine and left my new one in the lounge!! I had to pay a plumber to install the new one, and I was told that there was nothing wrong with the valve and Currys could have installed the new washing machine without any problems. I have not as yet received a refund from Currys for the installation and removal charge. In addition, now I cannot get anyone to remove the old washing machine from my house. I live on the 3rd floor with no lift!!
