Good customer sales
Extremely poor after sales. I bought a white gold bracelet for £109, and within 4 months the bracelet sheered in half. I was told that it was a hollow gold and needed to be treated gently. If a bracelet is that fragile why make it to go on a wrist?
I would never ever use or recommend H Samuel again. They did not look after me or respect my rights as a paying customer.
