Good Points

I loved the way it straightened my curls! It made my hair very smooth.


Bad Points

Stopped working after 2 years.


General Comments

I'm mad that I didn't know I was paying heavily for a hair straightener that gave up so quick. I've had my chi for about two years and treated it with care. A couple of weeks ago the light went out and it stopped heating up!
