On the odd occasion that work is being done on the internet site there can be problems in logging on.
I have been with Lloyds for over 30 years and have never had a problem which they could not solve. Ease of access and ability to transfer funds and make payments. I have an excellent personal banking manager who is both accessible and up to date.
I would recommend them.
