The good points on this phone are that it's a small compact phone.
Bad Points
Antenna breaks easy. Replacemnt antennas are no better. Cannot get service in buildings. Dropped phone calls all the time. Was told by Qwest that phone down loaded ringers and threw their service it doesn't. The phone lags at times reasons unknown.
General Comments
The Motorola V60i's text is great I have to rely on the text since my phone calls don't go threw. it's easy to read and Easy to respond. The only thing good about this phone.
