Meeting people, taking time out for yourself, not cooking, easy to follow.
None to date - this is my first day!
Today is my first day of the LighterLife diet. I had my first group session last night where we picked up the bumph and foodpacks.
I am still very excited about the prospect of losing three stones by the end of this diet and so today I have had absolutely no problems sticking to the foodpack and water regime so far. It feels like I have been waiting forever to start! It is early afternoon and I have had a banana shake for breakfast (nice)and a vegetable soup for dinner (strange but went down fine). I'm looking forward to trying all the other foodpacks before I put in my next order for my favourites. I went and bought a hand blender and it makes the consistency of the food really smooth and the veg soup consistency was better than a cupasoup. 'Til now I have managed to drink around 2 litres out of the minimum quota of 4 litres per day so this should not be a problem. Everytime I fancy a cuppa I get a glass of water instead and I don't seem to be feeling hungry. My hubby is kind enough to cook for himself and our son so that I can avoid temptation however I reckon that I could manage cooking while on this diet. The main motivation is my husband challenging me - he tells me he doesn't see me lasting more than a few days so I am determined to prove him wrong. I believe also that if you pay for something then you are less likely to give up on it so easily.
