WARNING -I experienced a HSBC Internet Banking (www.hsbc.co.uk) system major flaw - When I tried to pay off a credit card it did not work and I ended up with late payment charges and interest on my outstanding balance.
Reported this to HSBC complaints department ref 1201798XXX and they did not seem interested
