Good Points

Very good value. Representative explained SatNav and changed it to English for me. Driver was there to meet me when I dropped the car back at the airport at 4.30am!


Bad Points

Late for initial pick up and contact numbers on Invoice were out-of-date. No washer fluid but car was generally clean and relatively new. Driver had tried to contact me re lateness but only to my home number which was no use.


General Comments

This was for a rental in Romania. I chose this company because an English friend had chosen them before and it worked OK for him. Sending passport and license information beforehand is a bit worrying but on the day they did turn up with the car, albeit a bit late due to heavy traffic. The traffic I knew about because I drove into it afterwards. I say, give them a try but make sure thay they have your mobile number as a contact and make sure you don't use the contact numbers on their invoice email to try to contact them if they are late because for me these didn't work.
