General Comments

Online system is awful, it's down most of the times I try. When you do get through it will refuse to show you the statements and recent transactions. Support are useless.

    I had a few complaints with regards to the statements not being shown. I was too, sure I paid my balance which was only £15.48 six days before the due date.
