Fantastic sound quality. Typical American product. The best on the market.
Get everyone to buy the product but then offer no service whatsoever.
Does not last two minutes
I am now on my second iPod. The first one lasted 18 months - un repairable - threw it away and bought a 30gb. Had this just over 12 months. There was a connection problem with it - would only work by squeezing the bottom right hand corner. Took it back to the shop in Manchester - had to make an appointment to see one of their "geniuses" I thought he was going to be able to repair it - he looked at it and told me what I already knew, that there was a loose collection. No problem he said I can sort this today for you, Just give me £109 and I will give you a replacement one. I don't want a replacement one I said - just repair it please. He said you giving me £109 and me giving you a new one is a classed as a repair.
Apple sell refurbished iPods -
(guess what - my faulty one would then be sent back to Apple who would probably refurbish it and sell it on again). A lot of money to be made out of faulty goods ehh!!
