Good Points
Best price for product on the web (ok so I was buying a BBQ and not a TV) and when I sent an email query it was responded to in less than 30 mins, so can't complain.

General Comments
No indication of stock held on the website for the product I was interested in, and not the quickest turnaround between order and delivery. However since it was for a BBQ and it's Feb in the UK this wasn't a problem :-) Once confirmed ready for dispatch they delivered within 36 hours.
