Good Points

Branch service is good, but you have to prepared to wait at peak hours.


Bad Points

Online and phone service is terrible. They are divided into departments that do not talk to each other, so you have to call several different numbers and each time be put on hold and provide authentication information.


General Comments

A Review of TD Canada Trust Internet Banking www.tdcanadatrust.com -I have banked with them for several years, but am now finding that their online and phone banking is so off-putting that I do most of my transaction in the branch. If you want the convenience of online/phone banking, this is not the bank for you.
