Good Points

The guy that sold us the sofa was friendly I guess....


Bad Points

Bought a leather sofa - Really bad quality, very thin leather, cracked and split open within 18 months.


General Comments

We received our leather sofa from DFS four months after we bought it. Good price so thought it was worth the wait. Noticed immediately that the quality of the leather was really poor, it was very thin and we were wondering how long it would last - 18 months later it has a 3 inch tear on one of the cushions! Would never buy from them again!!
