Online Banking works reasonably well until something goes wrong.
General communication is very poor, trying to get information from them is very difficult.
General communication is very poor at Royal Bank of Scotland, trying to get information from them very difficult. For example, I've been trying to get information on automatic transfer of money between accounts, but without success so far. Even though this was recommended by them.
