They've just increased their prices.
General Comments
I've been with EDF for some time now. I first switched when my then gas provider was messing me about with bills. I did some research and EDF came up as the best for price.
I called them and was impressed with how friendly, helpful and informative the staff were. I save money by paying by direct debit. I have also signed up for dual fuel simply because I trust EDF and by using them for both gas and electricity I could help keep my bills low.
If ever I ahve a query i'm not scared to call them as they are alwasy willing to explain bills and offer advice.
Recommended.
