Good Points
You can download almost anything from the computers of people all around the world.
Bad Points
All too often, in my experience files may be infected with viruses. This could be because the computer you're downloading a file from is infected, or it may be because you're downloading a file which has been given a false name and is a deliberate attempt to spread malware?
General Comments
I can't believe the naivite of some of the reviews here. If you download commercially released music from here, that is illegal! Fine if you want to run the risk, but at the very least you should know that this is not a commercial download site like iTunes.
To avoid the viruses, you really do need to know what to look out for, and that requires either a tutorial or painful experience.
Limewire is not a site. It is peer-to-peer file exchange software. You do not have to pay at all for Limewire, as there is a free version which is virtually the same in basic operations as the product that is for sale. Limewire is a way to get tracks for nothing.
On a reputable site like Review Centre, it should certainly not be recommended in view of the legalities!
Not to be messed with if you value your stored data.
