Good Points

Was connected most of the time and at fairly good speeds (approx 2meg+).


Bad Points

They were very expensive, and when I left have still to this day not refunded me the money they took out of my bank for the month I wasn't with them (been 12 months since I left).


General Comments

Good service, but very expensive indeed. Technical Support staff were difficult to understand on the telephone which made sorting problems more of a pain then the internet problem itself. I am very upset at their customer services as it has been over 12 months since I left them as an ISP and they still have not given me my 1 month payment that they owe me, and therefore I have written to TV's Watchdog in case this may be an issue for other users too.
