Bad Points
Falls over when using tools, Wheel fell off, Motor burnt out in first month,

General Comments
Have had this hoover for about two years and it's been more trouble than it's worth. The filters keep clogging up, and it then overheats and cuts out. I clean the filters as recommened but it makes no differance.
