Good Points

Large capacity, pleasant to hold in the hand.


Bad Points

Annoying software, ATRAC3 conversion, battery live, volume button that falls off after some time of usage.


General Comments

The short life of the volume button is unacceptable and once is off it renders the whole player unusable unless you are willing to adjust the volume with a toothpick . The idea of converting mp3 files to atrac3 does not appeal to me at all due to loss of quality. And obviously the annoying and world-hated Sonic Stage software. After years of pain and irritation I find it personally satisfying that Sony's ATRAC3 and Sonic Stage is a failure and soon will be obsolete.
