General Comments

It does not matter that you are a good customer with an excellent credit record. They are only interested in customers they can make easy money out of by charging low interest rates then hiking them. There are other products out there that are as good if not much better and fairer.

   I agree with this review because...Having been one of the 160,000+ customers who have recently had their Egg card withdrawn despite never abusing its use and my credit rating being excellent, I fully agree that Egg only want customers who can provide regular income due to interest on larger balances paid of slowly. Avoid at all costs as I feel Citigroup (which I see has lost money in its annual review) may be having problems!
