Good Points

Adequate when their systems work.


Bad Points

Communication for the service centre is poor in my opinion.
Service is not reliable as far as I am concerned.


General Comments

I have used Switch Media services for my domain name and email for two years. When their systems were working the service was adequate. Not particularly good or cheap but there was no reason to change.
I had problems with their service about a year ago which was fortunately resolved eventually.
Now for the last three weekends my email service has stopped working on Friday night and then restarted on Monday morning. All attempts to contact them have gone unanswered (emails, phone, answer phone) and like most people my work doesn't stop as of friday night so this has been a major problem for me. I am going to have to buy a new domain name and print new stationary with these details but this is preferable to being ignored by a 'no' service provider.

Do not recommend Switch Media!
