Where do I start..the "airheads" on the phone who took 3 different card numbers on 3 seperate occasions..and then i receive a phone call and a letter to say they have no credit card details on file for us!!..so they cut us off 2 minutes before my husbands footy match was about to start...after holding on phone for 20 mins..and giving further card details was told that they wouldnt work...BUT we still have to pay...BUT HOW???!!!!!! I was so livid I just hung up...unbelievable...had it for 2 weeks..seen NO liverpool matches..even on LFCTV....and now are being sent a huge bill..and we cant even watch it cos is been turned off...Dont get this..I wish we'd stayed with Sky sports!!!!!
