Good Points

Does what it says on the packet . We are pet owners and find it more effective than most at cleaning up animal hair.


Bad Points

Heavy, but more particularly poor build quality in places. The hoses are particularly suceptible to splitting. The filter has to be washed - but you must dry it THOROUGHLY or have a spare available. The motor is apparently very suceptible to moisture according to the service engineer who replaced ours when it it failed.


General Comments

Would be happier if maintenance & repair was easier for home owner. I would not mess with the electrics however one should not need to call out a service engineer (as advised but pricey) to replace beater /brush, or the hose between the swivel head and the body of the machine which
is now bound up with gaffer tape.

The attachement hose is easy to replace but is ca £20 and is vulnerable if care is not taken when replacing the handle inside it, or if using the turbo brush on the stairs at full extension.
