None as far as I can see.


General Comments

They're refusing to give me a valuation on my written-off car, they have been refusing to pay up too. Simple accident, other guy's fault, very cut and dry, happened October of last year. Still no money and every time I call them they give me the run around and are evasive and basically rude. They want all documents before they hand over money which is a)wrong b)against DVLA advice c)leaves me without a leg to stand on d)against police advice e)against trading standards advice f)the list goes on.

They're advertising makes them out to be flexible but they'll just try and get out of paying you by putting in unreasonable criteria on your claim, criteria that is not mentioned on their website, not mentioned in their terms and conditions or anywhere in their claims booklet.

I would never use them again.
