Low cost
Conflicting information given at all times, appalling customer service.
My luggage and most of the contents were destroyed during ground transportation at Belfast International Airport. The driver of the truck then appears to have hidden the case in the hope that the damage would not be discovered and the case simply reported as being lost. The ground staff supervisor made a special report about the damage and the attempt to cover it up and I made a claim though EasyJet's Baggage Claims department. It took them four months to disclaim responsibility and refuse compensation. Looking at small print on EasyJet's terms of carriage, it effectively states that there should be nothing of value at all in your checked luggage. In fact it states that you MUST NOT include anything of value in your checked luggage. As it's often not possible to include all items of value in hand luggage. this completely rules out EasyJet from being anything other than a cheap holiday airline company and not suitable for serious business travel.
Needless to say that I won't be using the company in the future.
