Good Points
very easy to use.and the instructions on the display are clear.

Bad Points
We have had our panasonic for approximately three years and our door has cracked, incidentally a friend has the same model and her door has cracked in the plastic casing in an identical place to ours.

General Comments
I have been very pleased with the Panasonic microwave but bearing in mind that my previous two microwave ovens lasted ten years and over twenty years respectively i am disappointed that I will have to replace my current one in a much shorter space of time.
