Good Points

The cards customer service is impeccable, the lounge access at airports is superb, and having no pre-set limit is great for going to Europe(what with the deplorable exchange rates) and also here in America. Getting reservations at great restaurants the night of is really good as well. I will caution you that the card's purchasing power has to be matched by your income per month and the amount of temptation one can resist. The concierge service is absolute gold, I mean 10 for 10!


Bad Points

Paying 450 dollars a year is steep but in my personal opinion is worth it. True, in order to take advantage of the Business/First Class Two-For-One program you do have to buy the full fare which should be changed to any business class/first class purchase(if you are flying to Europe that's easily 4000).


General Comments

I have the CitiBank Amex Select card for my miles and that offsets the rough deal you get with the Companion tickets. The RewardsFirst program is pretty cool and the Starwood complimentary enrolment is worth it as well. The only complaint is that you have to shell out 9000 to fly to Europe for business class or 14000 for first class(my prices are from my airline of choice: Air France) Overall a fantastic card with a bit of a steep price. Truly it's first class!
