Good Points

Friendly cabin staff and a clean airplane.


Bad Points

The food was poor and having to pay for refreshments after spending decent money on a flight was to me a little bit of penny pinching. Flight connection from Copenhagen to Aberdeen was cancelled without any tannoy. I was re routed via Manchester and had a four hour wait there and was given a £5 meal voucher when the cheapest meal was £6.99. I beleive the flight from CPH to ABZ was cancelled due to lack of passengers. This was very annoying after an 11 hr flight from BKK. What was more annoying was no apology!


General Comments

Customer services are poor as are meals and paying for drinks. Planes and cabin staff were very nice.
