Good Points

I have been with Egg for 10 years and never had a problem.

Bad Points

Until now. Despite earning in excess of 30K a year, I have been told they no longer want me as a customer

General Comments

I have 35 days left before my agreement ends. I would have recommended them to anyone yesterday - now I only feel contempt towards them
