Good Points

Easy to use, suction fantastic, picks up pet hair with ease, does exactly what it says it does and with ease, bag less, comes to pieces so you can clean every part with ease, long hose for wand, stretches to clean stairs. sturdy.


Bad Points

a little heavy it just takes a little bit of getting used to other than that there is no bad points


General Comments

Oh my god! Can't believe that I'm so excited over a hoover and it has compelled me to write a review!

It twists it turns and it glides. The thin brush bar fits under my radiators which now means I don't have to take the nozzle off and do it manually, my husband uses this hoover more than me. not just for general use, my husband has done a lot of remodeling of our house and he has used this Dyson for picking up saw dust, small rubble, brick dust, he uses it in the car. on the decking outside, and to top everything we have 10 cats and 1 dog and it can handle all the hair you chuck at it, so do not listen to all the rubbish about Dyson it just is not true, We have had ours for about 2 years and it is the best we have ever owned and it is still going strong.

The mini turbine head makes hoovering stairs easy rather than a sweaty effort. As for previous reviews about the hose not being long enough, did they leave the wand on? I'm assuming they didn't because even with 13 stairs there is more than enough hose to reach with the wand!

The only downfall with it is the weight which takes a bit of getting used to as it's a little heavy. But once your used to it it makes hoovering a pleasure and a doddle even with carrying it upstairs thanks to it's handle.

Makes me wonder what on earth Dyson can come up with next......!
