Good Points

I loved the machine, the keyboard is full sized and uncluttered with a large screen with good colour. It served me well until it started to suffer.


Bad Points

Just after the warranty expired, the machine began to cut out, it would suddenly crash without warning but could be rebooted. Eventually it refused to reboot. I have had no joy trying to find out what the problem is. HP said they would collect and repair the the machine but the cost would be £250 regardless of what the fault was. At the price I had to consider whether the money would be better spent on a new laptop


General Comments

I believe the service I have had from HP is at best appalling. It looks to me as though they knew of a fault and have kept this knowledge to themselves. I will certainly not be buying my next machine from HP
