Where do I start?
Poor communication - vague and evasive on problem resolution
No escalation opportunities if problems persist
Rec'd a letter informing of account closure within 35 days!
Been with these guys for over 8 yrs
No reasons given other than a general risk analysis
Whats the risk I asked?
After many vague and generalised stock responses from customer services decided to check my own credit rating.
No issues at all, never been late with payments, always paid off balance ( issues for who?) all checks clean !
only changes to purchasing methods and patterns are a slight decrease of expenditure due to spreading usage between one other card
Are we not lucrative enough now?
Only comment that rec'd a prompt change of tack was a request for Data protection info application, suddenly a the previously none existent supervisor becomes available and a formal response on clarity will be on its way !
disconcerting!!
Not the kind of customer care i'm loookng for so good riddance
