Bad Points

I received a terrible service from Blooming Britain - on 30/01/08 I ordered flowers for my wife for 31/01/08 as it was her last day in the office. Not only did the flowers not arrive on time, but when I queried it today (01/02/08), I was told they were not sure when it was coming. Very unhelpful customer service.


General Comments

It was a terrible customer experience and they showed no willingness to sort it out. I have now instructed my credit card company to enter the dispute process, and I will be pursuing a full refund from Blooming Britain.
