General Comments
I got this a few years ago when they were advertising "no contract" deals for 8Mb, I was on 2Mb until they upgraded my local exchange, the whole transfer from the previous (BT broadband line) to theirs was messed up for a while, but as this happened while I was on holiday it didn't bother me a bit.
Support used to be impossible to get through but now they don't have people rushing to join it's much better, you need to jump through a few hoops to get to second line but that is the same for every phone support service.
Not had any connection problem due to faults on their part apart from the switch from 2 to 8Mb line, and I never get less than 7000kbps connection.
They are very good at not taking money from your account and they threatening to cut you off: I've paid and now regret it as more than half the people I know with them have been "cut" but it all still works for them.
