Good Points

Nice clean aircraft. Cabin crew were friendly and polite. Entertainment system was OK.


Bad Points

The meals were poor as was having to pay for drinks from the trolley. Made it feel like a low cost airline. Flight back from BKK was fine until ariving in CPH. I sat and waited for my connection to ABZ to find on the board the flight had been cancelled. No tannoy was made. When I got to customer services no apology was made and I was told I was going via Manchester. Nothing was offered, not even a cup of tea although in Manchester with a 4hr wait we were given a £5 voucher when the cheapest meal was £6.99 and still no apology. The flight from CPH to MAN was on an old clapped out Spanair plane which I think was ready for the knackers yard. I eventually arrived 7hrs late. Still no apology.


General Comments

Good cabin crew. Clean long haul plane and poor customer services.
