After spending 2 decades in the industry myself, and still am, but in training, it is refreshing to see that the industry is the same worldwide. South African Airways is no different. For the average man in the street that wants to know the behind the scenes stuff, and trust me they do, this is the book to enlighten them. For the flight attendant, this is the book to ease the "Bad Mood" after a transatlantic flight. Me, I am finished with the bad moods, and now am training others who "love people" to embark and jet around the world. Thank heavens I have clipped my wings, and found a personality again.
