Bad Points
I feel I have experienced unhelpful customer service, unreliable. If you have a I deadline in which to receive the order, as I did for my son's 5th Birthday Party, then I do not recommend The Cooks Kitchen. What is worse is their 'unhelpful' attitude when you do try and contact them.

General Comments
Do not recommend The Cooks Kitchen. You can't turn back the clocks on a special occasion, a birthday party for example, so don't risk disappointment by using The Cooks Kitchen.
